Long Term Care Asset Preservation Plan Annual Maintenance Program

You have invested time and money to have an asset preservation plan prepared to preserve your assets and qualify for Long Term Care Medi-Cal or Veterans Aid and Attendance benefits. The government agencies that offer these benefits require an annual review to determine whether continued eligibility is appropriate. Clients who prepare the annual review documents often complete them incorrectly, resulting in a loss of benefits and significant legal fees for the law firm to get the government assistance reinstated.

Riverside elder law attorney Dennis Sandoval offers his clients who are receiving government assistance a Long Term Medi-Cal and VA Asset Preservation Annual Maintenance Program to address this problem. Mr. Sandoval strongly recommends membership for all clients receiving government assistance.
